5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kkb8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are temporary and subject to specific conditions. The welcome bonus currently available is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Only the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The original deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time.
• If the bonus promotion expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent method is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

kkb8 believes in fair play. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every game completely random and impartial.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. Users may not place bets outside the specified limits.

6.2 Gaming Results

If a gaming session is incomplete or abnormal results occur due to a technical error, kkb8 reserves the right to review and, if necessary, void that session. In such cases, the original amount wagered will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, or other automation tools.
• Secretly coordinating bets with other users (collusion).

If any of these prohibited activities is proven, kkb8 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the kkb8 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kkb8 or its licensors, with all rights reserved.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of kkb8. Limited permission applies for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kkb8 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Issues arising from faults in your own device or software.
• Delays or failures by a third-party payment provider.
• Natural disasters or any other unforeseeable event (Force Majeure).
• Transactions or betting decisions resulting from the user's own error.

Where applicable, kkb8's liability will be limited to no more than the amount you deposited in the most recent 30 days.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by kkb8

kkb8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• If KYC information is not provided.

10.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any pending transactions will be completed and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance.
